ATEEZ Wooyoung's Absence from Mawazine Festival

We would like to inform you of ATEEZ member Wooyoung's inevitable absence from the Mawazine Festival in Morocco scheduled for June 23 (local time) due to cholinergic urticaria.

Wooyoung first experienced allergic reactions of unidentified details while preparing for the Coachella Festival in April. Subsequently, he developed hive symptoms during practices and performances, and after visiting a specialist three times, he was diagnosed with cholinergic urticaria.

Even after his diagnosis, his symptoms had a high probability of developing whenever he was exposed to strong sunlight or had intense performances, and minor symptoms continued throughout this album’s promotional activities and practices for the festival. He is currently focusing on recovery and treatment, while refraining from intense exercise and dance practices.

In consideration of the artist's health as our top priority, the decision has been made to proceed with the Mawazine Festival as seven members. Wooyoung will be focusing on receiving treatment during the festival period, and future schedules will be managed and adjusted to minimize any physical strain alongside treatments.
