* Gift Distribution Eligibility and Items
- Eligible Recipients : ATINY membership holders who visit the "ATINY ZONE" booth on the day of the concert
- Items : 2 out of 8 photo cards (random)
- Requirements : Concert Ticket for the Day, TOKTOQ '✨ATINY membership✨' (membership registration required)
* Distribution Method
- Prepare by logging into the TOKTOQ website (via Android Internet or iOS Safari) and having the physical concert ticket for the day ready.
- Visit the booth during ATINY ZONE operating hours and present your concert ticket.
- After having your concert ticket confirmed by on-site STAFF, scan the QR code displayed at the booth.
- If you are a TOKTOQ ATINY membership member, you will receive an ATINY ZONE reward automatically.
- If you were automatically logged out, please log in again and scan the QR code one more time
- Present the “Reward Payment Completion” screen to the STAFF and receive your gift.
* Notice
- Only ATINY membership members with a concert ticket for the day are eligible to participate, and each person can participate only once on the concert day.
- If you are not a member, you can receive a gift when you sign up for ATINY membership on the day of the show.
- The queue will close 30 minutes before the ATINY ZONE closes. If you arrive after the queue closes, you will not be able to receive the gift, so please make sure to visit with enough time.
- The membership verification process (QR code scan) will be carried out when visiting the ATINY ZONE.
- If you present the completion screen without scanning the QR code in front of the on-site STAFF, it may be considered a duplicate claim, and the gift may not be issued.
- Rewards can only be issued on the day of the concert, and the QR code for reward verification is prohibited from being distributed online without authorization.
- Please refrain from taking photos or sharing them for purposes other than verification.
- Gifts cannot be received by a proxy, and each person will receive two random items. The same image will be provided for all tours.
- The gifts provided to official ATINY are non-transferable and cannot be sold. If such activities are detected, there may be restrictions on fan club activities.
- If there is a defect with the gift, it can be confirmed and exchanged through the staff on the day of the event. Please understand that exchanges will not be possible after operating hours or after the date of receipt. (Minor scratches from normal use cannot be exchanged.)
- Gifts are available in limited quantities and may close early.
